A lesser known relief pitcher from New York who was drafted and signed by his favorite team. He struggled last season after being promoted to Hi-A St. Lucie. He’s a tall guy who induces ground balls.

I’m not sure what to make of Jimmy Duff. Duff is just that kind of guy you really want to root for, since he grew up a fan of his hometown team and now he plays for them. However, he hasn’t been particularly effective in reduction of hits and striking out people.
